All course video and audio content should include captions and transcripts. ASU’s MediaPlus makes it easy to upload content with captions and transcripts. If there are graphs or visuals that include important information, be sure to describe them in the video and/or include a clear description as a supplement.

ASU's MediaPlus offers all the tools needed to make course media accessible, viewable, and secure:

• Allows for uploads of both video and audio recordings
• Automatically generates captions that are easy to edit
• Uploaded media are not publicly searchable but shareable with a public link
• No advertisements or popups in or around the media player

• Uploads do not count toward the 2GB Canvas course storage limit
